Hi! I'm the baker behind the dream, Danielle Kara, but my friends call me Dani. I'm the one who's been dreaming of owning a custom, from scratch, small batch bakery since I was 12 years old. Now I am fortunate enough to be living out that dream here in Tampa, FL! I'm passionate about creating beautiful, delicious works of art that tantalize the tastebuds and capture the imagination. While I do not have any kiddos (yet), I have a snuggly fur baby named Hanley. I am obsessed with baking and enjoy nothing more than creating custom cookies and treats that bring smiles and happiness to all. I'm a perfectionist who pays close attention to every detail, and I'm committed to making everything by hand!

When I am not in the bakery, you will most likely find me at a football game or tailgate as both my husband Brandon and I share a passion (obsession) for college football; Go Gators & Go Bulls!
